Attitude Matters

In times like this nearer to graduating period. Many students who have not secured a role might be worried if companies are still hiring. Companies are also taking this period to re-look at how campus recruitment would be like in the future ~ with a combination of online and offline campus recruitment.

Even for internships some companies clamming down on their numbers as they felt interns needs to guide face to face . But moving forward we should embrace more trust and in the Generation of today that they are able to cope even with virtual supervision and guidance. We should embrace this Covid period of Staying flexible and making things all work together .

It might be the best of the campus recruitment system that I have been through but it’s what makes a person stronger and agile and be open to changes and be adaptable What doesn’t break definitely makes you stronger and come out better than before .

It’s the best time to test one’s resilience to thrive in challenges !
